Our Senior Consultant Benjy Kusi said;

”I have had a great experience delivering workshops for groups at Sky. All of the attendees I’ve had have come with an open mind and a willingness to engage in discussion, learn from one another, and most importantly act on these learnings beyond the sessions to drive change.

In my follow-up sessions, managers reported practising some of the exercises we did with their teams, re-structuring their team meetings following insights driven by the Fostering Inclusion sessions, and making an effort to be more vulnerable and open-minded overall. Amongst many other positive actions, inspired by the content covered and discussions had.“
